Service Advisor Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phones professionally and be able get customers in the door
- Creating accurate and honest estimates
- Checking customers in/out
- Scheduling appointments
- Going above and beyond to assist customers
- Educating customers about their cars so they can make the best decision about their car
- Communicating successfully with technicians, advisors and customers
- Ordering/receiving parts
- Consistently updating customers throughout repair process
- Handling money
- Keeping the front area clean and presentable
- Selling needed repairs to customers
- Setting, tracking and achieving goals
Service Advisor Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in a reputable auto shop preferred
- Above average phone and computer skills
- Be organized, proactive and think ahead
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask and be a quick learner in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
