Our client is seeking a HR Generalist to support their growing organization. This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting benefits administration, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and serving as a go-to resource for employee questions.
What You Will Do:
- Support the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and offboarding to day-to-day employee relations — ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-centered experiences at every stage.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and HR reporting to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Partner with Finance to coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate compensation delivery.
- Administer employee benefits programs, support open enrollment, and serve as a responsive resource for employee questions and escalations.
- Assist with HR compliance activities related to federal, state, and local employment laws, helping the organization stay current as it grows.
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees, handling inquiries with professionalism, discretion, and care.
- Identify opportunities to improve and document HR processes, building scalable practices that support the organization's next stage of growth.
What You Need:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a generalist role.
- Solid grounding in core HR operations including benefits administration, compliance basics, and employee relations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and employee data management.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and building relationships across all levels of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting a growing or multi-location organization.
- Familiarity with healthcare, outpatient, or service-based environments.
- Process improvement mindset and ability to help build scalable HR practices.
- Exposure to payroll coordination or administration in partnership with Finance.
