We’re looking for a Process Technician – Packaging who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping production running efficiently, safely, and at high quality.
What You’ll Do
As a Process Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting production and driving improvements across our packaging operations.
You will:
- Maintain and improve packaging processes to meet production and quality goals
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond quickly to minimize downtime
- Support changeovers, machine run-offs, and new tooling qualifications
- Adjust equipment settings to address wear, breakage, or quality concerns
- Partner with engineers and senior technicians to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Ensure consistent product quality through process control and problem-solving
- Step in to support production teams and help keep operations running smoothly
What You Bring
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (3–4 years preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical and/or CNC experience a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Comfort working with equipment setups, changeovers, and process adjustments
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
