Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC systems, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing, and mechanical systems repair.
- Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures in accordance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
- Manage facilities management software (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate project management activities for large-scale repairs or upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Conduct engineering troubleshooting using schematics, electrical experience, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC, and manufacturing environments.
- Manage facilities maintenance teams by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering team development.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair or industrial maintenance projects.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams.
- Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance and repair, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and schematics interpretation.
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, OSHA safety standards, and electrical troubleshooting tools such as Ohmmeters.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple ongoing tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to facilities management including OSHA guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, HVAC systems management, and plumbing repairs in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all operations.
