Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations, including maintenance, safety protocols, and tenant relations to ensure smooth facility functioning.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities involving HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high and low voltage), mechanical equipment, and industrial machinery.
- Manage preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to optimize equipment lifespan and reduce downtime.
- Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, providing leadership and guidance on projects involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Monitor facilities’ compliance with safety standards, including high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
- Plan and execute improvement projects related to manufacturing processes or facility upgrades, utilizing project management skills to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, schematics, and incident reports to support operational transparency and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), schematics reading, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance scheduling and record keeping.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial automation systems, and schematics interpretation.
- Experience managing projects within manufacturing or industrial settings with a focus on facilities upgrades or equipment installation.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate teams effectively across diverse technical disciplines.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in supervising technical staff or contractors involved in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work with high voltage systems safely while adhering to all safety protocols related to electrical work.
