What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Trainer position at Lease & LaBau, Inc.?
As of October 16th, a team-oriented law firm seeks a Technology Trainer to provide and develop training across all firm applications. The Trainer will:
- Determine firm standards, policies, and procedures related to technology.
- Design training course materials, including handbooks, visual aids, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Deliver training in a variety of manners, including in-person sessions and online webinars.
- Participate in pilot programs such as testing new software, contacting testing users, and assisting with held desk service.
- Collect feedback to be used for improving future training.
Requirements:
- 5 years of training experience in a law firm environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in curriculum design
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience to effectively train and communicate with end-users
