We’re seeking a Design Construction Integrator to join our growing Lewis Integrated Delivery (LID) team. This role supports our mission to eliminate waste, improve coordination, and ensure design intent transcends through how we plan, buy, and build our projects. Working alongside project teams, designers, owners and trade partners, this person will help turn complexity into clarity, and ideas into execution, with equal parts structure, creativity, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
Range: $113K-$144K

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Facilitate project chartering to align teams on goals, risks, and delivery constraints.
- Develop and manage constructability reviews by coordinating input across disciplines and tracking document clarity issues.
- Contribute to integrated planning efforts, continuous improvement initiatives, and fabrication-level modeling process management.
- Help develop and refine future LID workflows, tools, and delivery standards.
- Help bridge communication across internal and external functions—design, estimating, VDC, operations—to surface and resolve design, coordination, and constructability pain points early.
- Lean systems thinker with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong visual, verbal and written communicator, able to translate complexity with clarity.
- Background in engineering, architecture, or product design; or manufacturing.
- Organized and dependable, with a drive to produce clear, actionable deliverables.
