What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Construction Crew Member position at True Scape Design?
We are looking for skilled crew members with professional construction experience. Salaried position is possible for the right candidates with demonstrated professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Carpentry
- Building decks
- Building fences, gates, and railings
- Framing or other outdoor construction work
Hardscapes
- Installing block retaining walls
- Setting base material and grading
- Laying pavers for patios, walkways, and driveways
- Working with concrete, stone, gravel, drainage, or similar materials
Experience driving box trucks, towing trailers, or operating equipment is a strong plus.
Our crews work four ten-hour days per week while daylight allows. We work year-round.
