We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic legal guidance and help manage legal and regulatory risk across our businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
Review contracts, agreements, and legal exposures
Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and corporate structuring
Provide guidance on compliance and risk management
Serve as a trusted legal advisor to leadership
Qualifications
Licensed attorney with significant corporate/commercial law experience
Experience advising private companies, acquisitions, and growth-stage businesses
Familiarity with U.S. corporate, contract, and compliance matters
Practical, business-oriented approach to legal risk management
This role is intended as a strategic advisory position and does not require day-to-day legal operations.
Salary : $1,000 - $2,500
