What You’ll Gain
- Experience in sales funnel management and lead conversion
- Exposure to marketing, outreach, and community events
- Hands-on use of CRM systems and client communication tools
- Direct mentorship and visibility into business growth strategy
- Respond to inbound leads and schedule consultations
- Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
- Track and manage leads in CRM system
- Support onboarding, scheduling, and client communications
- Assist with social media, marketing, and outreach initiatives
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy (CRM systems, social media, Microsoft Office, AI tools a plus)
- Self-starter with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Monday–Thursday: 3:30pm–7:30pm
- Friday: 3pm–7pm
- Saturday: 9am–1pm, occassionally
Salary : $19 - $25
