While client and family interaction is a large portion of their responsibility, they also serve as a liaison between staff members helping to create an atmosphere of cooperation, teamwork, and positivity.

Assistant Director Responsibilities
- Set a warm, friendly tone for the center
- Greet clients and visitors
- Provide support to the center director
- Support of sales and driving sales
- Management and conversion of leads/prospects
- Schedule and manage client appointments
- Management of client files
- Order and manage supplies
- Support and coordination of marketing events
- Passionate about the ability to change lives
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Friendly and able to connect with families
- Fun and teachable
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task without getting overwhelmed
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and Google apps
- Monday - Friday 12 noon to 8 pm, also occasional after-hours, networking, and 1 - 2 Saturday events per year.
