Are you a graduate student in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field looking for hands-on experience working with individuals who struggle with attention, memory, and learning?
LearningRx Tysons is seeking a Director of First Impressions to support our cognitive training center. This role provides valuable exposure to applied cognitive development, client interaction, and real-world learning challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for prospective and current clients
- Guide families through intake, scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM system
- Coordinate schedules and support operational flow
- Assist with outreach and community education efforts
- Provide a welcoming, professional environment for families
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field preferred)
- Strong interest in cognitive science, learning, or brain function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
- Comfortable balancing client interaction with administrative tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 3:30pm–7:30pm Occassional Saturdays: 9am–1pm
