- Must be energetic, outgoing, and interactive with the children while creating a fun and positive environment. Responsibilities include the safety, care, and education of the preschool children enrolled in the center and will demonstrate competency in these areas and others:
- Planning and implementing positive guidance strategies designed to meet the individual needs of the children in care; supporting positive child outcomes; teach and participate in positive assistance in potty-training, open and professional communication with co-workers, managers, and families.
- Build and sustain warm, responsive, and positive relationships with all children and their families to create a welcoming environment.
Position details:
Learning Land Education Center
Floating Teacher's Aide - offering support in various rooms from infant-school age with a primary focus with toddlers
Hours: 12:00-6:00pm or 2:00-6:00pm / Full days while children are not in school
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Current Driver's License and Clean Driving Record / Able to drive a 15 passenger van
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
