Job Title: Toddler Teacher (Co-Lead, Reggio Emilia Approach)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Toddler Teacher to join our team as a Co-Lead in our beautiful Reggio Emilia–inspired classroom of twelve students. This role is ideal for an educator who values curiosity, child-led exploration, and building meaningful relationships with young children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with a co-teacher to design and implement emergent, play-based curriculum
- Observe, document, and reflect on children’s learning experiences
- Create a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom environment
- Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration
- Support children’s social-emotional and developmental growth
Qualifications:
- Experience working with toddlers (ages 1–3)
- Understanding of or interest in the Reggio Emilia approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Past experience in Early Childhood
