Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and passionate School Music Teacher to join our team. As a School Music Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students and help shape their educational journey. If you have a love for working with children and a passion for education, we encourage you to apply.Duties:- Implement lesson plans and curriculum standards- Provide instruction on beginner piano, guitar, violin and drum.- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment- Collaborate with other staff- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and our office regarding student progress and any concerns- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skillsSkills:- Experience working with children in a daycare, tutoring, or childcare setting- Strong behavior management skills to effectively manage classroom dynamics- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues- Passion for educating and inspiring students to reach their full potential- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus- Background or interest in theater or performing arts is desirableNote: This is a paid position.If you are enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of students and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply for the School Music Teacher position.Additional: We are also hiring classroom aides.
