Operations & Support: Monitor platform health, triage sync failures or audience discrepancies, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain robust technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
5 years working directly in MarTech data platforms, customer data platforms, or analytics engineering.
Mandatory Hands-On Experience: Must have proven experience with Zero-Copy Data Architectures and Reverse ETL tools (Hightouch or similar platforms).
Databricks Expertise: Strong, practical experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and data-sharing connectivity.
Cloud & Streaming: Experience with AWS (specifically MSK/Kafka) and REST API integrations with marketing execution tools (ESP, push, SMS).

Background: Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Census, Airship, Infobip, or Optimizely.
