Learn Beyond Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN for a 13-week contract assignment at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, Oregon.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to Medical Surgical and Telemetry patients.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Interpret and monitor telemetry rhythms and respond to patient status changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate patient records utilizing EPIC EMR.
Requirements:
- Active Oregon RN License – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- ACLS Certification – Required
- EPIC Experience – Required
- Minimum 1 Year of Med Surg/Telemetry Experience – Required
