Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Service Forman in Alpharetta, GA. The Service Foreman is a field leadership role responsible for directing crews of commercial electricians across assigned service projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. The ideal candidate brings 10 or more years of hands-on commercial electrical experience and is capable of analyzing bid documents, managing day-to-day crew operations, and performing skilled electrical work including conduit runs, device installations, and troubleshooting. This position requires a highly mobile professional willing to travel extensively and work nights, weekends, and overtime as project demands require.

Annual Salary: $83,200 to $93,600 Annually BOE

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned service projects.
• Analyze bid documents including drawings and specifications, along with existing site conditions, to accurately define scope of work and all related general conditions and requirements.
• Identify risks within the scope of work and ensure that associated costs are properly accounted for.
• Manage a team of electricians by assigning daily tasks and ensuring the correct materials and equipment are available to complete the scope of work.
• Lead jobsite safety meetings and enforce the use of required personal protective equipment by all crew members.
• Run conduit and wire, and perform installation and termination of electrical devices.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and conduct quality control testing to ensure installations meet specifications.
• Perform mobile generator hookups for large retail customers as required.
• Maintain proficiency in company systems including email platforms, work orders, and field reports.

Qualifications:

• 10 or more years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• Well-rounded knowledge of electrical installations including distribution systems, lighting and lighting control systems, HVAC equipment and motor connections, conduit and wire, and branch devices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and project specifications.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks according to deadlines and urgency, completing work in a timely and professional manner.
• Proficiency in navigating and updating company systems including email platforms, work orders, and field reports.
• Must be willing to travel approximately 90% of the time and be available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is performed primarily in the field across commercial job sites in varying environmental conditions.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and outdoor environments.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching throughout the workday.
• Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights as required by site conditions.
• Repetitive use of hands, arms, and fingers for pulling wire, running conduit, and terminating devices.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, tight areas, and other adverse locations as job conditions require.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, and other PPE as directed.
• Must be able to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Pay Transparency:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $83,200 to $93,600 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
