Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Field Engineer located in New Albany, OH The Field Engineer will oversee daily operations on construction or project sites, including equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role involves collaborating with project teams, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety measures, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong technical proficiency in assessing, troubleshooting, and maintaining field equipment
- Knowledge and experience with construction and engineering standards, including blueprint and schematic interpretation
- Proven ability to manage work schedules, coordinate with teams, and meet project deadlines
- Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to field engineering
- Understanding of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in field engineering or a related role is highly beneficial
