We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who know how to run large-scale commercial drywall, steel stud framing, and IMP/metal panel installation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
These are high-profile, mission-critical projects including:
- Data Centers
- Battery Plants
- Large Industrial / Commercial Builds
📍First Assignment/Job located in Mississippi
- Full-Time/Permanent, 100% TRAVEL Role
🎯Who We're Looking For:
- 5–7 years of commercial drywall / steel stud PM experience.
- IMP / metal panel installation experience.
- Experience on large commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong estimating background using OST / QuickBid.
- Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
- Ability to independently manage projects with minimal oversight.
- MUST be open to long-term travel assignments (2–3 years per project).
🏗️What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing large commercial drywall & metal panel installation projects
- Leading preconstruction meetings, estimating reviews, and project execution.
- Overseeing schedules, manpower, financials, WIP, billing, and change orders.
- Coordinating field leadership, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Reviewing blueprints, contract documents, and production schedules.
- Conducting weekly site walks and driving project performance.
💰Compensation:
- $120K - $170K Base Salary Bonus Eligibility
- Per Diem
