As a Call Hero, you’ll be at the frontline of customer experience:
- Engage with homeowners: Answer inbound calls with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Respond quickly: Follow up on new leads promptly (Speed-to-Lead is key!).
- Schedule & confirm appointments: Support our sales team by keeping calendars running smoothly.
- Keep records sharp: Enter notes and details in our CRM system with precision.
- Follow proven scripts: Ensure consistency while delivering a friendly, personalized touch.
