The Bilingual Human Resources Manager manages all functions within the Human Resources department, encompassing:
· Growth & Strategic Administration
· Staffing & Recruitment
· Benefits & Compensation
· Safety and Compliance
Requirements:
· 5 years of experience in HR management or a combination of education and experience
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and /or minimum
· Bilingual, verbal and written, (Spanish), required
· Experience in the Agricultural Industry
· PHR or SPHR Certificate, desirable
· Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
· Current California Driver's License and clean driving record
