Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in HR management or a combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and /or minimum
- Bilingual, verbal and written, (Spanish), required
- Experience in the Agricultural Industry
- PHR or SPHR Certificate, desirable
- Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
- Current California Driver's License and clean driving record
