Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs), providing guidance, coaching, and performance management

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and safety protocols
- Monitor and improve quality of care, patient outcomes, and satisfaction
- Assist with onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and interdisciplinary teams
- Manage documentation, incident reports, and patient records accuracy
- Oversee inventory, supplies, and clinical resources
- Support budgeting and cost control initiatives within the department
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Previous supervisory or leadership exposure is a plus, but not required
