- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Scheduling appointments and managing client flow
- Maintaining accurate records and computer files
- Processing payments
- Addressing client questions and concerns
- Relaying important information to the veterinary team
- Minimum of 2 years of prior receptionist experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
