It doesn’t fit someone who already knows they want to be a social media specialist or a designer; you won’t get the depth in either one that a specialized internship would give you. What you will get is a wider view of how a marketing function actually runs than most internships offer, plus real feedback on real work.

What You’ll Work On
Content
- First drafts of social posts pulled from existing blogs, webinars, and case studies.
- Building and scheduling email in HubSpot from copy that’s already been approved.
- Repurposing webinar recordings into clips, recaps, and quote cards.
- Website QA — checking links and bios, and flagging stale service pages.
- Copy support on webinar and partner landing pages.
- Competitive tracking: positioning changes, new offerings, hiring signals, event presence.
- Target account research for the sales team’s named-account list.
- Conference scouting to help build next year’s sponsorship calendar.
- Pulling and cleaning source data for analysis.
- Logistics support for conference sponsorships and booth presence.
- Pre- and post-event promotion.
- Webinar production start to finish: registration setup, reminder sequences, day-of run of show, and follow-up.
- Campaign tagging, so attribution reporting stays honest.
- Assembling the monthly marketing report.
- Documenting how recurring processes actually work, so they don’t live only in one person’s head.
