Senior Sourcing Manager – Real Estate & Facilities

We are partnering with a large, complex organization undergoing significant transformation to identify a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Facilities Management and Real Estate.
This is a high-impact role with ownership of ~$250M in spend across a national footprint of 200 sites, offering strong visibility to senior leadership and a clear path for growth.
🚀 The Opportunity
This role sits at the center of a major evolution within procurement, with responsibility for defining and executing strategy across two key areas:
- Facilities Management (FM): Oversight of an enterprise-wide outsourced model covering site services (e.g., janitorial, landscaping, etc.) across a large, distributed network.
- Real Estate: Ownership of sourcing strategy related to leases, brokers, and transaction models across a complex portfolio.
You’ll play a critical role in evaluating current operating models and designing the future-state strategy — including supplier structure, cost optimization, and long-term scalability.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead category strategy for Facilities Management and Real Estate across a multi-site network
- Own and execute large-scale RFPs, including redesign of outsourced FM models
- Evaluate and optimize supplier landscape (integrated vs. hybrid vs. insourced approaches)
- Assess and refine real estate broker strategy and transaction models
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships with clear SLAs and KPIs
- Partner with senior stakeholders (VP/SVP level) across multiple business units
- Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Lead and develop internal talent within the function
💡 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing and category management
- Deep expertise in Facilities Management sourcing (preferred)
- Exposure to Real Estate transactions, leasing, or broker management
- Experience managing or optimizing outsourced / integrated service models
- Proven ability to lead RFPs and drive strategic transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with executive presence
- Prior people leadership experience
- Experience in complex, multi-site environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial, etc.) preferred
