Floater In Home Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide exceptional care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their independence while adhering to personalized care plans. The ideal caregiver for this role must be open to jump in to assist with call outs and have a wide variety of availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
• The ability to jump in when a call out arises to ensure clients are covered.

Experience

• Previous experience in home care, and senior care is preferred but not required!
• Compassion
• Knowledge of following individualized care plans while working independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers.

Pay: $15.25 - $16.00 per hour
