Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and flexible Homecare Floater to join our growing team. This unique role is essential to maintaining quality care and service continuity for our clients across the entire state of Delaware. The ideal candidate will have the ability and willingness to travel statewide and be on-call at least six days a week, covering call-outs, vacations, and other staffing needs at short notice.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to clients as assigned across Delaware.
- Fill in for call-outs, vacations, and urgent needs at any location statewide.
- Deliver compassionate, consistent, and professional care according to care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- Caregiving expierence in the homecare field.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel anywhere in the state of Delaware on short notice.
- Availability to be on-call at least 6 days a week, including weekends if needed.
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to high-quality client care.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
