Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative located in Henrico, VA. Some work from home is acceptable. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, support, and satisfaction. The role includes managing customer experiences and resolving issues through frontline support. The role also involves collaborating with different teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in managing Customer Experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
- Prior experience in a technology or cloud solutions environment is beneficial
