Role Description
This is a part-time with fulltime potential, on-site Certified Personal Trainer role located in Boston, MA. The Personal Trainer will work closely with clients to design and implement personalized fitness and wellness plans based on Lean Force Training’s periodized methodology. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one training sessions, monitoring clients’ progress, and providing fitness instruction. Trainers will also focus on fostering long-term client engagement and adapting programs to meet individual goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction
- Experience in providing Nutrition guidance as needed and advising clients on healthy habits
- Expertise in Athletic Coaching and the ability to motivate a diverse range of clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Nationally recognized certification in personal training (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA) is required
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
