Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boston, MA, for a Certified Personal Trainer. The role involves designing customized training programs, guiding clients through fitness routines, providing one-on-one coaching, and tracking progress to ensure clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities also include offering nutritional advice, conducting group fitness or circuit training sessions, and incorporating sports coaching techniques when applicable. The trainer will engage with clients to foster a supportive and motivating environment that promotes well-being and long-term health commitment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, and Circuit Training
- Experience in providing Nutrition advice and guidance
- Background or skills in Sports Coaching
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills to inspire and guide clients
- Relevant certifications such as NCSA, NASM, or other accredited organizations
- Ability to create and adapt personalized fitness and wellness plans
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and injury prevention in fitness training
- Previous experience in a fitness or gym environment is a plus
