What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista Cashier position at Leaf n Cream?
Leaf N Cream is hiring in Tustin, Orange County.
We serve customized and made to order boba drinks in Tustin since 2015. Beyond that, we also have matcha series, coffee and more. We are looking for team members (barista & cashier) who have passion for making matcha drinks and provide excellent customer service, and also have the following abilities:
1.Be able to work on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
2.Be able to work under fast paced environment
3.Outgoing and capable of giving great customer service.
4.Similar boba/coffee shop experience is a plus
5.Self-motivated and detail-oriented
6. Passionate about coffee and matcha
7. Friendly, energetic and a team player
8. Seeking for long-term position
9. Candidates with more open availability are preferred.
