Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments for clients
- Develop, write, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists
- Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and support across environments
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with ethical standards, funding source requirements, and HIPAA regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Attend team meetings and provide caregiver training as needed
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (Required)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong ability to conduct assessments and create effective behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of ABA principles, ethical guidelines, and HIPAA regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
Job Type: Full-time, Contract Available
Pay Range: $80,000 to $95,000
(with opportunities for bonuses and performance incentives)
