Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indianapolis, IN, responsible for driving new business and expanding relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting in-person sales presentations, and explaining merchant services solutions to potential customers. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals that align with client needs and company objectives. The Sales Specialist will provide ongoing support to customers, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and deliver product and service training when needed. This position also requires tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and participating in local networking and community events to build brand visibility.
