We are looking for the next Human Resources Director, which is a key leadership role reporting to the CFO. You will shape and lead all aspects of HR strategy and operations, including recruitment, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and performance management. Job description:
- Lead HR strategy, policy development and compliance
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date employee records
- Provide coaching and support to managers and staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, major course works in human resources, or Business related field
- 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of employment law HR best practices, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- PHR or SHRM certification a plus
