OTR Outside Sales – Roofing Construction Operations
Ready to control your income? Leaders Staffing is partnering with a growing exterior construction company is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with homeowners, generate new business, and provide solutions for roofing and exterior improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior project needs.
- Conduct roof and property inspections.
- Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Present solutions, prepare estimates, and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within company systems.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally within the community.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs when necessary.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales, customer service, business development, or account management preferred.
- Home improvement, construction, or roofing industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Training provided for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a proven work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
