- Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact.
- Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 |
- Generous PTO, no blackout dates.

- Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. alone and over 25 lbs. with assistance.
- Abilit to travel to the Distribution Center in Largo for training and twice annually to sales meetings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Comfort with POS systems
