Leadenhall Search and Selection are recruiting on behalf of a Top 10 U.S. accounting and advisory firm that is continuing to expand across the nation. They are seeking Tax Senior Managers, Directors, and Managing Directors (Partner-level) to join a growing, high-performing tax practice in a key market.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing tax team while supporting the firm’s continued market expansion.
- Manage and advise a diverse client base including privately held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, C-corps, and S-corps.
- Provide tax compliance, consulting, and planning services while leveraging national specialty tax resources as needed.
- Collaborate across service lines and specialty groups to deliver comprehensive, value-driven tax solutions.
- Contribute to business development efforts, client relationships, and overall practice leadership based on individual strengths and interests.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in public accounting tax at the Senior Manager, Director, or Managing Director level.
- Strong technical tax knowledge across federal and/or state and local tax, with exposure to multiple entity types.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, clients, and complex engagements.
- Business development experience or interest is preferred but not required, depending on level.
- CPA or equivalent professional designation strongly preferred.

Salary : $130,000 - $280,000
