Senior Associate

A Miami-based corporate finance advisory firm specializing in M&A, restructuring, and turnaround management is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing team. The firm advises on complex, cross-border transactions across Latin America and the Caribbean, partnering with clients in sectors such as Energy, Consumer, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead workstreams across all phases of M&A and restructuring transactions
• Develop, refine, and present financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare pitch materials, management presentations, and investment memoranda
• Work closely with senior leadership and clients on strategic advisory engagements
• Gain exposure to diverse industries and regional dynamics across LatAm and the Caribbean

Ideal Background

• Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in:
• Investment Banking
• Corporate Finance
• Transaction Advisory
• Or a related analytical/finance role
• Experience with cross-border or emerging markets is a plus.

Language & Regional Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Portuguese is a plus
• Strong interest in Latin American and Caribbean markets is highly valued
