The firm advises on complex, cross-border transactions across Latin America and the Caribbean, partnering with clients in sectors such as Energy, Consumer, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead workstreams across all phases of M&A and restructuring transactions
- Develop, refine, and present financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare pitch materials, management presentations, and investment memoranda
- Work closely with senior leadership and clients on strategic advisory engagements
- Gain exposure to diverse industries and regional dynamics across LatAm and the Caribbean
Ideal Background
- Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in:
- Investment Banking
- Corporate Finance
- Transaction Advisory
- Or a related analytical/finance role
- Experience with cross-border or emerging markets is a plus.
Language & Regional Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Portuguese is a plus
- Strong interest in Latin American and Caribbean markets is highly valued
