This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional looking to deepen their exposure to institutional real estate investing, working with some of the world's leading real estate fund managers and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct investment due diligence on real estate funds, co-investments and separate accounts
• Analyse fund managers, investment strategies and underlying portfolios
• Perform financial analysis, market research and investment modelling
• Monitor existing investments and industry trends
• Meet with fund managers, placement agents and industry participants
• Support investment recommendations and portfolio construction decisions
