Its platform combines stem-cell experimentation, proprietary lab automation technologies, and transformer-based AI systems to model how living systems respond to signalling inputs. The company’s goal is to make bioengineering more predictable and scalable for applications such as regenerative medicine, disease modelling, and drug discovery.
Responsibilities
- Design and run the CEO’s operating cadence, including priority-setting, weekly planning, structured meetings, and decision tracking.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across technical, scientific, and operational teams.
- Convert company strategy into executable plans with clear goals, metrics, resourcing decisions, and risk management.
- Act as a proxy for the CEO when needed, aligning senior stakeholders, resolving trade-offs, and ensuring decisions move forward.
- Own key executive communications, including board materials, investor updates, strategic memos, and external messaging.
- Support fundraising efforts and improve organizational execution through tighter planning systems, accountability structures, and critical hiring processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Demonstrated record of high performance in demanding environments, with consistent responsibility for complex, high-impact work and strong outcomes over time.
- Strong decision-making ability with a clear bias for ownership, ensuring commitments are followed through to completion without losing momentum.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity by structuring problems, defining priorities, and creating practical execution plans that others can follow.
- Highly effective written communicator, able to produce clear, concise, and persuasive materials for senior leadership audiences and strategic updates.
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment, capable of aligning diverse senior stakeholders and maintaining credibility across technical and non-technical teams.
- Operates with a high level of discretion and professionalism, able to handle sensitive information and adapt to fast-moving, occasionally travel-heavy environments.
- Ideally prior Consulting, Industry, or Chief of Staff experience.
- Full US Citizen/Green Card.
