What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Leadbetter Hand and Physical Therapy?
GREAT OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a versatile multi-tasker who has experience with front desk duties in a medical setting.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
-Greeting patients
-Answering the phone and scheduling patients
-Collecting money
-Patient paperwork completion
-Insurance verification
-Managing multiple providers' schedules and the waitlist
We are looking for someone who can commit to at least 20 hours per week and adhere to the high standards we have established. We are a very busy office that will require you to be a multitasker and critical thinker. You will be supported by tech staff and guided by the practice manager.
