To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, you should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, curiosity about the recruitment process, and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities. You should also be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and motivated to deliver great experiences for both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical professionals, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and placing candidates for contract opportunities.
- Partner with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to understand client needs and proactively source candidates for active and future job orders.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across targeted industries to ensure ongoing talent availability.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities, generating leads, and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
- Collaborate on skill marketing campaigns, presenting qualified candidates to clients and prospects and strengthening client relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to both candidates and clients, guiding talent strategies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4 year of recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience (agency experience is a plus but not required)
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in learning market and industry knowledge
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to stay calm while solving problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
