Lead The Way K9 Training and Boarding in Delaware, Ohio is expanding our team with a new addition to our facility. We are hiriong dog loving, hard working and reliable Kennel Technicians.
We are hiring FT, PT, and Split Shift candidates. Kennel Tech experience is a plus but not required to apply.
Schedules will have some FLEXIBLE based upon position Monday through Sunday.

Compensastion package has a base pay starting at $17/hour based on experience and shift (split shift is higher hourly pay). Employee package also includes: Health Insurance Contributions, 401K, Paid Time Off, AWESOME work environment with great culture. The facility is one of the best in Ohio.
Interviews will be set up Monday - Friday, 12:30 - 1:30pm - 2 interviews per day (20-30 minutes) and if you pass the first interview you will be asked to come back for a "working interview" prior to being hired. Positions will be 30- 40 hours per week based on position.
These position do require holidays, with time and a half holiday pay, and weekends. Daily shift includes 1 hour lunch (30 minutes for PT). We're looking to hire and start training immediately. Ideally, we're looking for someone with experience who lives within 15-20 minutes of downtown Delaware, Ohio. The facilities are located 5 miles west of downtown Delaware. There's a 6 month performance evaluation which may provide an additional pay increase.
Responsibilities include: providing food, water, meds as needed, cleaning kennels, and assisting with social playtime for dogs. You will be asked to assist with preparing dogs for pet services like bathing/grooming or helping with check ins and check-outs, laundry, dishes, cleaning up after dogs in play yards and helping to monitor dog socials and learn dog behavior.. As part of your duties and responsibilities you may be asked to lift up to 40lbs. It is a physical job, so if you do not like manual labor, this is not a job for you.
