What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Acquisition Associate position at Lead Advisor?
This role will be mostly remote however, the employee must have residence in Massachusetts. There will be times that employee has to attend in person team meetings throughout the month.
Lead Advisor, LLC is a consulting and talent acquisition firm serving the wealth management community. Lead Advisor, LLC engages with wealth management firms across the country to help find, attract and develop top talent.
THE ROLE: Talent Acquisition Associate
The Talent Acquisition Associate is focused on sourcing and interviewing candidates for various wealth management positions, in addition to new business development. The right candidate should have a passion for research, scouting, listening to people’s professional stories, asking great questions and assessing talent/company fit.
This role is serves a sourcing, recruiting and sales function. This is not an HR or onboarding focused role.
Core Functions but not limited to:
Candidate research and sourcing:
- Conduct research on firms and companies in various marketplaces
- Conduct targeted LinkedIn searches to find appropriate candidate profiles
- Network to ask for referrals to potential candidates
- Use other tools and creative means to identify candidates
Interviewing:
- Conduct virtual interviews with candidates
- Assess the talent to determine advancement
- Capture appropriate notes
Manage the Candidate experience
- Assist with coordinating interview steps
- Debrief interviews with candidates
- Create, administer and retrieve assignments and assessments through the process
Maintenance, Upkeep and Systems:
- Ensure all interactions, notes and updates are logged in our CRM system
- Edit role descriptions and place in appropriate tools and systems
- Use third-party and our own systems for talent identification and tracking
Business Development
- Assist with candidate marketing outreach
- Prospect to our ideal wealth management firm client profile
- Potentially facilitate new business opportunities with our sister brands
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience in talent sourcing and/or professional sales
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- A “Find A Way” attitude
- Interest in Wealth Management
*Base Compensation will be determined by experience, hours and variable construct.
