Lead Advisor, LLC is a wealth management consulting and search firm. This role is for one of our client firms.
Our client, an award wining wealth management and planning practice is hiring a director of sales and marketing. This role is to help drive revenue to the practice by building and executing the sales and marketing strategy.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
· Collaborate with the Practice Owner and COO to develop and execute the business development and marketing strategy for the practice.
· Coach the Advisors in the practice to achieve necessary activity measures for firm growth. This includes activity coaching, marketing/business planning, inventory management and language building.
· Use established resources along with your own creative thinking to develop and execute the practice’s marketing strategy. This would involve both strategic thinking and day to day functions to drive more awareness of the brand. This would include social media, webinars, client events and client appreciation functions.
· Conduct your own business development efforts by networking in the community, in addition to building relationships with existing clients to ensure a world class planning experience, leading to referrals.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree
· 5 years of business development, sales or marketing experience
· Wealth management and financial planning experience

$100k base
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
