Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Tax Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cincinnati, OH, for an on-site position. The Tax Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage clerical tasks, ensure proper phone communication with clients, and assist executives in organizing and executing various operational activities. Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as MS Office and Drake Tax
