Role and Responsibilities
The successful Service Representative candidate is the first point in the service process for our customers. Customer satisfaction starts with scheduling of their vehicle for repair or maintenance in a timely, courteous manner. Extraordinary customer service during their time from scheduling to service completion at Leachman is a key to success.
Service Representative
- Schedules service appointments with a proper understanding of the vehicle needs.
- Uses excellent phone skills communicating effectively, timely and accurately to customers.
- Adheres to computer systems to maximize volume of sales and efficient scheduling.
- Demonstrates a warm welcome and departure when working service counter.
- Provides excellent concierge support to all customer requests.
- Delivers kindness and empathy in communication to customer on vehicle updates.
- Exhibits a professional brand image.
- Keeps service lane moving when working at counter by working with Porters.
- Tags and protects customer vehicle when moving for service.
- Safely moves customer vehicles for pending service and upon completion of service, as needed.
- Closes the repair order with proper cash handling, as needed.
- Keeps service lounge area clean, stocked and well maintained.
- Completes all required training as needed.
Qualification and skills
- Valid and clean Driver’s record for the past two years.
- Time-management skills. Teamwork. Attention to detail. Productive. Sale-oriented.
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
