As an Account Executive, you will manage and nurture relationships with our automotive aftermarket clients. You’ll serve as their primary liaison, ensuring they receive excellent service and support while helping drive their success in the competitive aftermarket industry.
Duties
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with clients via email (and phone as needed) to address questions, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships
- Prepare and deliver professional monthly presentations to clients, showcasing performance, new opportunities, and recommendations
- Manage a portfolio of automotive aftermarket accounts with a focus on satisfaction and retention
- Identify client needs and collaborate internally to deliver tailored solutions
- Track client interactions and report on account status
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email proficiency is essential)
- Comfortable creating and presenting monthly updates to clients
- Experience in client service, account management, or sales is a plus — especially in automotive or B2B environments (we will provide training)
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
Requirements
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
- Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
